The initiative, launched in 2018 at the “Antonio Servadei” University Agricultural Company of the University of Udine, provides staff and students with access to about twenty agricultural plots. The project was created with the aim of promoting recreational activities that foster well-being, socialization, and environmental sustainability, while also enhancing the agricultural heritage on the outskirts of Udine.

Now, the initiative aims to involve other similar projects in the city, with the goal of creating joint training and educational pathways focused on urban agriculture.
