The University farm “Antonio Servadei” was established on 30 October 1987, by Presidential Decree. It officially began its activity in the spring of 1988 on the lands located in the city of Udine, in S. Osvaldo area. A second site, namely Pagnacco, was soon added. The two lands were assigned to very specific functions: while the agrotechnical section is located in S. Osvaldo site, the Pagnacco site are entirely dedicated to research in the field of animal production.
